Return and exchange
You can exchange or return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. This right is guaranteed by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
To return or exchange an item, please make sure of the following:
- the product has not been used and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, abrasions;
- the goods are fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not violated. All labels and factory markings are retained.
You have the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one if the product does not satisfy you in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used by you for its intended purpose. The exchange of goods of good quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the payment document issued to the consumer along with the sold goods are preserved.
What products cannot be exchanged?
According to Appendix No. 2 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, such non-food items - gloves, fabrics, underwear, socks, printed publications, etc. are not subject to return and exchange.
What if the operating conditions are violated?
Exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality is made only if there is an expert opinion / act authorized by the manufacturer or representative of the goods, stating that the operating conditions have not been violated, otherwise the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
Where and how can I exchange or return goods?
You can exchange or return the goods in the "Skipper" store in Odessa. With you you need to have the product, packaging and accessories for it, a warranty card and a sales receipt or a receipt.
